The paper can be submitted in .doc or latex format. The papers will be published in the conference proceedings. On the day of the conference, the experts are required to present their papers. A time slot of 20 minutes – 40 minutes will be made available depending upon the depth and importance of the paper.

All expert papers are welcome by invitation only. If you are interested in submitting a paper, please contact at ngoconf@gmail.com .

The NGOs/INGOs are not required to submit a research paper. Only a brief introduction of the NGO/INGO is required during the registration, which will be included in the conference proceedings.

A number of selected NGOs/INGOs will be making presentations in an allocated time-slot of 10-15 minutes for each NGO/INGO. The presentation should be in the form of a .pdf or .ppt file format. All the presentation slides will be published on the conference website. Please note that the final presentation should be made available to the session chair on the day of presentation before the beginning of the session, i.e. between 8:00 am to 9:00 am for the morning session and between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for the afternoon session.

Due to the possibility of a large number of participating NGOs/INGOs, please note that not all of the NGOs/INGOs will be able to make presentations. The final selection shall be made by the conference organising committee, consulting the advisory board.

Conference Proceeding and Book

The conference proceeding will contain all the expert papers and introductions of all the participating NGOs/INGOs. After the conference, a book will be published for a wider global circulation, including all the research articles, and adding introduction and conclusion sections summarising the conference outcomes.
